This review is from: Magic Treehouse #1: Dionosaurs Before Dark (Paperback)
I read this book to my eight year old who likes excitement in order to keep his attention. He enjoyed it very much and looks forward to the next. Dinosaurs Before Dark helps children learn about dinosaurs in a clever way.
Jack and his sister stumble upon a tree house filled with books. Once Jack looks inside a book of dinosaurs, he wishes he could go there and see them for himself. And within moments, his wish is granted. He and his sister embark on a wonderful journey through a prehistoric time, learning along the way. This book is just long (or short) enough to keep my easily distracted son interested. |
