I guess I'm the 30 foot alien that one was talking about. I tend to have large plastic frames for my glasses because I am very, very, very nearsighted. After 16 years, several exams, and failed attempts to get glasses, then have one company quote me $800 for a pair, I finally got a decent deal. But once in a while, even these glasses don't do the job. These clip on's have been a lot of help. They are a little on the heavy side but then, you should have seen my first few pairs of glasses before they came up with polycarbonate. Since I am near sighted the lens are thinnest in the middle but still a chunk of material. Now to get the glasses to stay where they belong.

So, what's wrong with this picture? After putting the magnifiers on, I'm sitting here with my nose less than 10 inches from the computer so I can focus on the screen. I have to use my "far away" lens to even SEE the screen. If I use my "reading" lens the page is one massive blur. I can't comprehend how anyone who used this product -- BEFORE they commented -- can even see anything. The room is a blur. A firing range? You're kidding.Okay, I've now removed the "wonderful" magnifier glasses and can see my computer screen from the normal 18 to 20 inches, using my reading glasses. This has got to be some joke. The product is worthless.
