The reel thing doesn't work well at all, as others have noted, but I didn't mind that so much. What I did mind was that the hose itself is rather delicate. I was using it with the included nozzle, and when the nozzle was shut off, the hose ruptured from the water pressure. This on the third time of using it. This must have happened to many other users, making me wonder how it can still be on the market.

I bought two of these pieces of junk a few weeks ago, and both of them have split along the tubes so they are useless. The lightweight hose is great to use, but it just doesn't last.

it is hard to wind and rewind....you have to carry the holder with you when you unwind it ....I finally took it out of the holder and it tangles all the time...and now it has holes in it and I can't find a repair kit for it.....
