Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought this for my daughter thinking it was a good value for the price. However, shortly after receiving the alarm, she lost the manual. We now need to reset the alarm and it's virtually impossible without the instructions. It is not intuitive. I've e-mailed support for a new copy so I'll see how responsive they are. I would return this product but we've already had it for two months.
