Little bulkier than a soccer ball, this 9-inch flat-screen Magnavox TV/DVD combo is the perfect road companion for times when you just can't miss an important game. The AC- or DC-powered set handles not just over-air NTSC programming, but your DVD movies, CD music (both audio CDs and recordable CDs with MP3 files), and even your digital pictures on JPEG image CDs so you can enjoy custom slideshows right on your television.
The 9MDPF20's Real Flat picture tube offers next-to-zero geometric distortion and preserves its high contrast by minimizing ambient light reflections. DVD features include zoom, scan, search, frame advance, and slow-motion playback. Parental locks help you keep young eyes off mature programming. Front audio/video inputs make it easy to plug in a camcorder, gaming device, or digital camera.
The unit simulates enveloping surround sound from any two speakers when you're using its analog audio outputs, or you can go for the real thing--Dolby Digital and DTS discrete surround--by hooking the unit's digital-audio output up with a compatible audio/video surround receiver and speaker system for true, 5.1-channel digital excitement.

I got a great deal on a refurbished model. It still had the factory warranty. I couldn't find anything locally with the quality I expected along with the price. We use it in the camper with the 12 volt. What a lifesaver with the kids!

Anywho, I own one of these. Great picture, pretty small, which is good for taking it places. At least for it's price, it's well worth it.
