great value antenna,

This is my first CB so I really have nothing to compare it to. The antenna works great on my wrangler. Had plenty of extra cable to work with. Sometimes it will start to unscrew from the base if I go over some bumpy roads. Also, if you are worried about it scratching your paint, it comes with a material on the bottom that goes against that car preventing it from scratching.
