Product Description

A service call from a professional locksmith can cost well over $100 - plus the inconvenience (and embarrassment) of locking yourself out of home or car. Simple to install - just find a hidden area of metal that attracts the magnet (Hint: if the metal has rust, that means it contains iron and is 'ferrous'). Clean/brush the surface slightly so the magnet makes strong contact. If you're attaching to a vehicle, pick a spot that isn't directly exposed to water or sand sprayed from the wheels. Also, a handy way to 'exchange' keys if someone else needs to pick-up a vehicle at the airport, etc.

It was a piece of magnet instead of a full one.

The only reason it has a 1 star raiting is becasue I couldn't post with no stars.
Yvonne David
The magnet is so weak that it barely holds itself empty.

Sorry to say it, but this product is not even worth it if it was for free with free shipping! Terrible quality, total rip off. Magnet would not even hold to the fridge and after trying to get it to stay a few times the magnet fell off of the holder. What can I say, you get what you pay for!

Seems like a bargain but was whompped with a $24.95 shipping fee for 5 key boxes. Save yourself a LOT of money by going to a local hardware store and picking one up for $2!!! This should be illegal.

I thought that it can be used o.n a car but its magnet is the same kind of magnets that are used in the Refrigerator. Bottom line the worst thing I ever seen.

I decided I would give this thing a test drive, with some coins for weight, so that if it fell off, I wouldn't lose my keys. As soon as I put it on, I knew it wouldn't last. The magnet is so weak, it barely gripped to the medal piece of the car. Sure enough, it fell off after only a few minutes of driving. It really wasn't intended for a car.

These are the worst. They are made of cheap plastic that you can't even get open. The only reason it has a 1 star raiting is becasue I couldn't post with no stars. Don't waist you time or money on these.

It is what I wanted, but it is smaller than expected and magnets are very weak. Had to cut part of the handle on my key off so it would fit and rivet it straight to my car so it would stay on

It serves it's purpose i suppose, but the magnet is very weak. i had to superglue a stronger magnet on top of it's original magnet. You certainly wouldn't want to hide this under your cars' wheel well. But besides this, it's dandy.

I am going with a one star rating here because it is cheaply made. It has a lot of play in it and there is just a standard magnet glued to the back, instead of the ones at walmart that also sell for $4-5 but have magnets recessed in the body. I wouldn't trust this to hold my key or hold onto my vehicle so I threw it out; it wasn't worth returning.
