I purchased these blinds for metal French doors in my sunroom. After some confusion with delivery from FedEx (who claimed they couldn't locate my address even though I order through Amazon.com all the time), I received them in about a week and a half. These blinds were VERY easy to install, require no tools, and pretty much just "stick" into place with the very strong magnets at the top of the blinds. There are also smaller, clip-on magnets for the bottom of the blind to hold them in place when opening/closing the door. The look lovely, they seem very sturdy, and the ease of installation make these a plus! The one drawback, in my opinion, is the magnets at the top of the blinds are rather large, and this causes the blinds to stick out maybe a half inch from the door windows. This is only a slight problem for me, because my French doors are on the side of my house, and on that same side is my kitchen. So there kinda is a lil' space where you can still see in & out of the windows through that little half-inch space, which I suppose is no big deal, but someone looking for TOTAL privacy needs to be aware there indeed will be a little space of window seen on the sides of the blind....but looking straight-on there is indeed complete privacy. All in all, I think this product is wonderful, and am glad that i was able to simply snap the blinds onto the metal door without drilling into the metal.

great solution for my french door. Unfortunately white is only color available. The magenetc holders are strong!

Our patio door is steel, and we were wondering how we could put a blind on the door to help block out the direct sunlight, especially in the summer. Without question, these are the blinds if you have a steel door.
Putting up the blinds took about 1 minute--really and honestly.
They are of good quality and aesthetically sound.
So, if you have a steel door and you do not want to drill,etc., I strongly suggest buying these blinds. The magnetics holding up the blinds are incredible.
I do not believe you could find a better choice.
