I bought this and another set for my 5-year-old son. He LOVES them and plays with them for long periods of time. Excellent toy for helping to develop fine motor skills. I wish there were a few more pieces inside the kit, but for the price I paid from Amazon I really can't complain about that either. A keeper!

I got these for our children for Christmas. The great thing about Magnetix is you can add to your existing collection and build bigger things. The kids never seem to get tired of them.

My grandson loves this toy. I bought him four different sets and they are all worth it. He loves to build things and this makes it so easy. I am very pleased with this product and will probably buy him more.

Before this toy all we had were the sticks and the balls. The triangles and squares add a new wrinkle that my son and I were quite entertained with.

These are well made, we haven't broken any in the few months we've had them.

Magnets are always fun. This set adds to an existing set well, but doesn't lend to owning by itself.

We purchased the Magnetix 60 Count Extreme Combo for my son's friend's 7th birthday. While it IS an awesome 'add-on' to a child who already has an existing Magnetix collection, it is NOT ideal for someone who is new to Magnetix because the parts included in this set are to enhance a collection. It is primarily more metal balls, bars and triangles - and while awesome for someone who already has a basic set, would be pretty boring if this was the only set a child had. I'm glad I realized it would not be good for his friend so I gave it to my son and purchased another gift for his friend. My son who is 6, loved having this addition to his Magnetix and plays with them all of the time.

My son has these at preschool and loves them. I purchased these for him for Christmas. We play with them together and have such fun seeing the different shapes we can come up with. They are small, but great for hand/eye coordination for little hands. I would also recommend playing on carpet, as they are marbles and will roll everywhere. Great Toy

More magnetix for grandson collection. He really enjoys them These will add hours of enjoyment.They are hard to find locally.
