What a great find! This book is a quick read but power packed full of essential life insights! It is amazing how the author has carefully woven how important it is to care for your body, mind and spirit in order to have the best, most healthy life possible. Everything is connected!!! She was very candid and gave personal stories and examples that you can really relate to. Chapter after chapter I found myself making a mental checklist of where I am doing good and where I could spend some more attention on myself. Lets face it, mom is always the last one on the list! This book was fun to read and helped me to have a more positive outlook on my life and also gave hope that I am moving in the right direction. I think this would be a great gift for a best friend, sister or mom, or anyone interested in Healthy Living. Happy reading!!!

This is an excellent book. The author is well versed in her field and is articulate in conveying her message. Her story is inspiring and informative. I highly recommend it.
