Well constructed and works well. I attached it to my work belt so it doesnt sag when I have it loaded with nails and hammer. Magnet is so very helpful

MagnoGrip makes quality items and these suspenders are no exception. They are easily adjustable and the buckles snap securely in place. They have a pocket on the left front with a flap that folds down and attaches with Velcro to hold a cell phone or some other similarly sized device. On the right side is a 3"x4" magnet that seems to hold everything I put on it very well. I have worn them to work almost every day and have not been disappointed at all.
