If you like power metal you should try this out. Rata Blanca is an excelent exponent of the genre: they can play typical power metal songs, excellent ballads, cool rock and roll themes and some great melodic instrumentals. Unfortunately this CD contains three instrumental tracks. They are really great but I wished they had included a couple of songs more. This is an album definitely worth buying.
To have as a reference, Rata's style is somehow near Kamelot, Stratovarius and maybe Sonata Arctica

Rata Blanca se luce. Sobre todo con su potente voz y su increible guitarra. Se sienten el "heavy" y el "power" en cada cancion. Lo compre porque ya habia escuchado "La Leyenda del Hada y el Mago" y "Mujer Amante". El resto del album es igual de increible. Pesado, oscuro, romantico, fantastico, lo tiene todo. Me impulsa a comprar otro album de ellos

Si te encanta el Rock en Espanol,entonces debes disfrutar este CD,porque este grupo es buenisimo y fenomenal.Gracias Argentina por este grupo.

First time I've heard this album I said: too much Deep Purple for my taste. Listening again and again, I realize the mistake.

Magos, Espadas Y Rosas is not Deep Purple, not Malmsteen... It's a great band playing amazing songs with so many influences that you can go crazy trying to identify all of them.

Great vocals and guitars.

I loved the first rata blanca album. Its really sad that the second one was a sell out. They should wait a little bit more to do that. Mujer amante its the worst rock balad that i ever heard, very close to the Bon Jovi [...] Dont buy this, stick with the first album.
