The material of this sling is less harsh than standard ballistic nylon so it can save you some discomfort down the line. It also doesn't drag on your clothing as you move your rifle around so you can make more fluid motions. It is quickly adjustable by pulling on the little handle loop. Plus if you still have a front sling attachment point, it really takes seconds to switch this to a two point sling. The quick detach is also truly quick. You just pull the lanyard and it lets go which makes it a lot easier to change shoulders. However, it does rattle around if you don't have constant tension on the rifle. If you're looking for a quiet sling, look elsewhere. If you believe you can manipulate your rifle to compensate, this is worth it.

Really nice sling. Soft material and nice connecting points. Just wish it was a bit more affordable, only reason for 4 instead of 5.

Highly recommend this sling! Its not made of the cheap nylon weave material. Its almost like seatbelt material. Extremely strong and very adjustable. I was worried as I'm a bigger guy and finding a comfortable single point sling is almost impossible, especially when shoulder firing a weapon. When properly adjusted the weight is distributed across your back and shoulder evenly so this will limit the amount of tension when carrying. A+++. Stop reading and buy it already!

I needed a rifle sling for my M4 in the field, and my paintball gun when I was having fun. I knew Magpul made specialized accessories for military weapons and this sling stood out.

Shipping was quick and the sling came in a small package. There are directions for different ways to setup the sling, and how to adjust it for each setup and shooter. The material was flexible and smooth, wont irritate, but looks tough. The clips are easy to open and close, and the sling is easy to size and adjust for comfort and function.

I haven't had the chance to use it extensively, but testing it out shows promise. I can go from single to double point setups easily, and I have high hopes for this sling.

What can be said that hasn't been already ? The MS2 is fantastic , does exactly what it needs to , to perfection and nothing else . The materials are robust and solid and i have no doubt i'll get a lifetimes worth of use out of it and it will probably still be effective and usable well beyond that time . The nylon webbing that's used is not bungee like other products but is amazingly soft and comfortable for extended wear and use and is thicker than anything else i've ever seen . The clasps at each end are unique to MAGPUL and they both feature a locking mechanism to prevent accidental dislocation and this i didn't know til i recieved it and this may or may not be of interest to the user . They are simple , effective and i believe ingenious ! The quick release mechanism of the primary contact point is secure and simple but works perfectly , to NO surprise but adds that lil' extra point of thought that most other brands lack . To summarize , if your in the market for a sling , single or dual contact , get this the MAGPUL MS2 ! You'll be happy you did and if your like me and shopped it here on AMAZON your sure to get the best price out there .

Like all things magpul this sling is a great purchase, it does what it needs to do and nothing more.

Great product, I am a huge magpul fan. Fair price for a versatile sling. I do not have any combat experience so I don't know how it holds up in those types of situations. I use it on my DMPS AR15 and I think it is the bees knees.

I happen to love Magpul and their products. Rarely do I ever have a problem. The same goes for the MS2 Rifle Sling. Another great product that is very nice when used with the Rail Sling Attachment from Magpul.
The sling is great construction and really works well. Quickly adjustable so that you may carry your rifle in a number of different ways.

I'm using this sling on my Custom Built ar 15. Much better than the original sling that came with it.

I should say that this product screams quality! I love the quick release! Very well thought out system!

Just an awesome sling. Works great two point and Single Point. To the reviewer who claims it doesn't work two point because they had yet to release their own adjustable attachment. That is something with your firearm, and the Picatinny attachment is now available anyways. 5 Stars All the WAY!

This is a well thought out sling for carrying in single-point or two-point. It can quickly convert between the 2 positions with a quick clip change. You can nicely transition your weapon to your back with this sling.
The materials are quality, and the clips are very solid and look like they could survive some abuse. It is easily adjusted to fit your body and positioning.

I am very happy with this purchase; money well spent!
