Why not just buy Magpuls's 10-round mags for CA use, and use your 10+ mags out of state?
And because the guns that these would go in are responsible for only 20 of the 11,000 gun murders (<% .5 of %1), they look SCARY!!!
I didn't bother modifying/filing them to make it work, instead I bought the correct ones for the Gen 3 mags.

These would be great, except they are not 100% plug and play for gen 3 mags, and they only limited my 20 round gen 3 mags to 12 rounds, which is still illegal where I live.Published 4 months ago by David Price

If you are in California and want to convert a 20 or 30 rounder into ten try something else. They don't make a hicap mag accept 10 but 11 rounds. They dont work. Read morePublished 20 months ago by Razr
