Anyone who aspires to be a successful manager should read this book. The basic principles of managing a business, a family, and especially one's own life are presented simply, profoundly, and compellingly. And best of all I found in this book a practical technique to make these principles a reality in my life. This book may be summarized in three words: Maharishi Master Management or total quality management.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Transcendental Meditation Technique has been utilized in business settings for over twenty years to reduce stress and enliven creative intelligence. In this book, Maharishi expounds his vision for transforming business and management by unfolding the latent potential of human consciousness.

According to Maharishi, the Unified Field of Natural Law lies at the basis of both the physical world and the human mind. Modern science holds the Unified Field to be the source of the ever-evolving order of the physical universe. Maharishi explains that the classical Vedic viewpoint that the 'Home of all the Laws of Nature' is available in human consciousness. In this book he explains that by developing the full potential of human consciousness, it is ultimately possible to attain 'administration as problem-free, ever-progressive, and ever-evolutionary as the administration of the universe through Natural Law.'

This book provides the master key to turn around any business, any organization, or person's life. What I liked about this book is that the principles presented are the same principles that Nature uses in managing the whole universe. You see the oneness in all the diverse fields of life. You see the wholeness governing all of life, and you learn how to gain attunement with that wholeness. Now I feel I can turn anything around and set it in the right direction.
