Unbeatable spanking tales,
By A Customer
This review is from: A Maid for All Seasons, Vol. I and II (Paperback)
Chapter by chapter, volumes 1 and 2 just get better and better and I can hardly wait for volume 3! I'm torn between wanting to read on and on past my bedtime (uh oh!) or limiting myself to one delightful chapter at a time. If you've ever found a spanking story arousing -- or have wished to be involved in adult spanking -- this is the series for you. The spanking activities and reactions of all involved are quite realistically presented and the characters grow and achieve more depth throughout the series. The author really does understand the female point of view, but I can attest that it comes from his being a wonderfully bright and funny, safe, sane, and consensual, experienced male top who definitely knows how to spank a bottom!

Fetish and Erotica for a new age,
By Matty (Midwest) - See all my reviews
This review is from: A Maid for All Seasons, Vol. I and II (Paperback)
The Maid for All Seasons series is an exciting blend of erotica and fetish based in a plot line that is written not to frame the sexual scenes but to drive them. O'Neill has taken a taboo subject and written it not only for men but for women as well. Not crass or harsh it focuses on those subtle nuances that will appeal to women, though men will enjoy the theme and detail given to the story's more basic desires. Written the way foreplay should feel this series should establish a fan base that crosses gender and lifestyle boundaries.

This is a wonderfully erotic novel, from cover to cover. Devlin understands women, or at least this one. (Is Devlin really a woman? You decide.) Not your normal reading of this type. My husband is enjoying the reading too, can't get him to put it down. The first book he has read in years. You won't be disappointed!

This book is good entertainment for everyone. It uses humor and every day situations to give a feeling of reality to the story plot. Mr. Swaynes firm but loving correction leaves no doubt that he really cares about Lisa. All in all..it is good entertainment.

OK so what's it about ... well it's certainly a special fetish book for those readers that do enjoy erotic spanking. I have reviewed many of the erotic lit books in Amazon and have through the years received emails from readers requesting reccommendations for these types of books ..... this one sure has to be the hefties of all ...at almost 500 pages this large volume is prctically nothing but the repeated spanking of the young maid Lisa ... There are some normal sex episodes in this book but I would probably count them as no more than five pages, if that, and you could count them on one hand ... even if you were missing fingers .... LOL Anyway I certainly didn't like this book .. but the it really wan't written for me .... |
