About the Author

An award-winning lyricist, popular writer, and sought-after speaker, Claire Cloninger is one of the country's foremost Christian communicators. She is a five-time Gospel Music Association Dove Award winner whose Christian songs have been widely recorded by such artists as Amy Grant, Sandi Patti, Wayne Watson, and B. J. Thomas. Claire and her husband, Robert, an artist, reside in a log home on the banks of a river in Alabama. They are active members of Christ Anglican Church, where he is Chairman of the Evangelism Committee and she serves on the Parish Prayer Team. They are the parents of two grown sons and grandparents of two granddaughters and one grandson.
