Mmmmmm. These are good! Real good! I found them at my Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market in 7.5-ounce jars. They're very much like regular gherkins, but Maille Cornichons are much less sweet and much more flavorful with a fine, sharp pickley taste. Delicious! And they're nice and crunchy. Boy, I'm planning to put a tray of these out at our next party, and they won't last long!Gary Peterson |
