Your star system didn't work - some computer glitch. "Clear" it said.

I would like to support the supplier in the future because of its important charitable nature. So I wish them well; but I must report their failure this time. I'm willing to try them again in the future, but they need to increase their quality control.

But this time they failed, and I must return the book. (I have notified Amazon.)

This hardback arrived with the front cover completely torn off and the front pages half torn out...I can't use this, thought I am anxious to read the text when I get a good copy.
