Great comprehensive guide to Maine,

I bought this Maine guide right before leaving on vacation. The guide gives recommended attractions (especially natural) for the whole state of Maine. We vacationed in the southern coast. I found the "tips" to be very practical and right on target. For example the seacoast is rocky and covered in algae, where you could slip and fall. This was a "heads up" that kept us careful on the rocks. A dining tip was to order lobster meat rather than whole lobster to get more for your money. There is lots of helpful, insightful and specific info that is sure to help you get more enjoyment and relaxation from your trip to this beautiful state.
