These flakes smell so very good. I love using them in soup and meat dishes. A little bit goes a long way, making this a fairly cheap way to get iodine and other good nutrients into your diet. The plastic packaging is also biodegradable.

Product arrived in short order and is just fine. I use it instead of salt on vegetables or add it to salads. There is an occasional little crunch of shell, but I have gotten over that.
