Mr. Patton provides an indepth view of the concepts of maintenance management. There are many examples and means of extracting performance data for the success of a PM program. This book would be a great resource for those new to the maintenance management field who need a ground up resource or those looking to enhance their knowledge of the concepts needed to develop an effective PM program. For those completely new to the ideas of preventive maintenance, Mr. Patton has an introductory book "Preventive Maintenance"ISBN - 9781556178757 that is a brief overview of the major concepts presented here.
