I used the tools in managing over 2 million square feet of commercial building space, and thousands of acres of publicly managed property. It's a book I cracked on my way to a life-changing interview and it did not let me down. I found that my customers really appreciated the implementation of the survey to measure their satisfaction, not only measure it but define it well enough that I could fix the problems. Well worth the money.
