A picked up this book mostly for something to read while waiting in the dentist office. It is 3 different novels, all revolving around the Maitland family. You have Suzanne, her brother Thomas and sister Diane. Each story is predominately about one of the 3 siblings, and each story brings you closer to Christmas.

For me, this book was a relatively quick read. The stories are short and you really start to feel a bond with the characters by the 3rd story.

A great book to keep with you as you make your holiday rounds, standing in lines, or for those long road trips!
