Very authentic and true to Malaysian cuisine,

I've been to Penang and middle Malaysia many times and this cookbook is a great summary of the foods found there. The recipes are easier to prepare than you think. All you need to do is find a local Asian market and all ingredients are available.
Highly recommended to achieve that great mix of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Thai tastes. |
