Make It or Break It is all about gymnastics and what gymnasts go through in their lives. This show is a drama but it is an awesome show about gymnastics.

Summary: Gymnasts are training for nationals at the gym called The Rock. The show really focuses on 4 girls...Payson, Kaylie, Lauren, and Emily and their lives inside and outside the gym. It follows the ups and downs of each girl inside The Rock and inside their family life and believe me there are a lot of ups and downs. There is a lot of backstabbing and drama at The Rock which makes the show even better.

If you like gymnastics then I highly recommend this show. Also if you want to watch a new fresh show then this show is for you. This isn't like most shows on the tv today because there really aren't many shows or movies about gymnastics which makes this show even better. Remember to watch it on ABC family at 9 pm eastern time.
