Kevin Leman is a riot! His humor and realism are offset only by the believeability of his principles for rearing kids. I found it to be especially helpful as a guide for the parents of my students. I highly recommend it.

I recently became a step-mom and read this book in 'preparation' (as well as several other books by this author and more). I found this to be practical and logical, extremely helpful. It intermixes humor and personal anecdotes to illustrate the points and 'how-to' of 'making children mind'.The parents with young children group at my church is beginning a study on this book as well. |
