More About the Author

An author, actor, screenwriter and playwright. He is one of the youngest authors in history to ever publish three books in one year within three separate genres. Rarely, in such a diverse spectrum has anyone created so much. This young man has been creating in life from an early age. At twelve years of age, he was writing country music lyrics. By fifteen, he had achieved his black belt in kung-fu and was teaching from his own martial arts school. Later, he went on to become a five-time Florida state sport karate champion. Self-taught he started investing in real estate. Finding some financial success in the field he later began writing books on the subject.

His pursuit of his dream - acting, and his passion for the theater and the arts is what has led him to writing fiction. Having criss-crossed fields, he has become known in both the fiction and non-fiction categories. His writings in non-fiction include investing and self defense, such as: "How to Buy and Flip Real Estate for a Profit." and "The Way of the Cosmic Fist - A Beginners Guide into the Art of Tai-Ch'uan-Tao," as well as others.

As an actor he performs under the stage name "Rod Grant," and has appeared in numerous independent films as well as industrials and commercials. In 2009 he crossed over into playwriting with the success of his original comedy "Women Want Everything!" In which he wrote, directed, co-produced and starred in.

To date, he continues to pursue his acting and writing careers.

This was a very informative book, I couldn't believe the amount of solutions the author gives on purchasing real estate creatively. I really got that I can start investing in real estate with creative solutions, it works! Not just another get rich quick book, this is solid useful info. I highly recommend it.

This book is not based on sound business planning and analysis. It is based on dreams and fantasy. It leaves out the real financial analysis you should do and replaces it with the hope that everything will work out fine and without risk.

Just another real estate book or infomrcial if you wanna go buy some tapes or go to seminars such as Carlton Sheets or Russ Whitney this book is along those same lines of thought.
