This was a very informative book, I couldn't believe the amount of solutions the author gives on purchasing real estate creatively. I really got that I can start investing in real estate with creative solutions, it works! Not just another get rich quick book, this is solid useful info. I highly recommend it.

This book is not based on sound business planning and analysis. It is based on dreams and fantasy. It leaves out the real financial analysis you should do and replaces it with the hope that everything will work out fine and without risk.

Just another real estate book or infomrcial if you wanna go buy some tapes or go to seminars such as Carlton Sheets or Russ Whitney this book is along those same lines of thought.

I have read "How to Make Fast Cash In Real Estate With No Money Down Deals" at least 4 times and can't put this book down. Rod has delivered his expertise and knowledge to explain in plain english how to get into the Real Estate Investment Business with proven strategies and techniques.
I have read at least 100 Real Estate Investment books and without a doubt, this is the best condensed and easy to read. Buy it and get going.

Over the years I have bought a lot of real estate books but none of them ever gave this much information! I am so glad I bought it! For years I have not driven my car, to scared to confront traffic, people etc. But reading this book has given me the encourgement to start driving my car again so that I can really get busy doing real estate successfully! It has been wonderful receiving all this knowledge! I can't wait to purchase your next book, and thank you so, so much.

If you want another "get rich quick" real estate book, buy this one. If you want a good, solid book on how to get started in buying and managing rental houses, look somewhere else.
