Much of this book offers the typical job search information, but what is valuable is the advice for overcoming the emotional side of losing a job. Chapters 1-4 tackle the reactions to job loss and how to deal with them including shame, depression and lack of self-confidence. The authors also offer valuable advice for discussing your job loss in an interview as well as other difficult questions.
