Chef:  Hassan M'Souli is the Executive Chef and owner of Out of Africa restaurant on Sydney, Australia's northern beaches. He has owned and operated three restaurants specialising in Moroccan cuisine.  He has appeared on numerous television shows and had many articles written about his influence on the Australian food scene.

I just bought this book and made two things from it - both were utterly delicious. I will definitely be making more from this delightful book. Im a cookbook collector and tend to be a bit blasé about cookbooks.
