Dave Raymond is the man; the second coming of Keith Richards. It's all rhythm, baby. Smooth like sauce.

JW ROCKS!,

If you only buy a single album this year, buy this one. These guys rock, and not in the cheesy, whiny pop-trash style that seems to prevail these days -- more like a grooving, funky blend of diverse elements. This sound is totally original, progressive, THIS IS THE FUTURE! Don't miss out on their live shows, either -- they have incredible energy on-stage.(btw: they're all fine specimens of malehood, too)

An excellent debut album. Offbeat guitar work, driving rhythms, a refreshing, exciting musical panorama from a hardworking band. These guys must be really good live, makes me want to drive back to Beantown just to check them out.

So You figure a local band can't really float your boat, well you are wrong, Out of all the cd's I own this one is constantly playing in my car. These 5 (very handsome) guys work so well together all you want to do is drop everything and listen all day long. I recommend you get yourself some Johnny Wishbone A.S.A.P and check out their website too Johnny Wishbone RULES~!

Saw these kids outside of Boston at Brandeis U in the summer of '98. They gave me and my buddies free pizza. So down to earth people. I guess they were playing the local radio station there...I heard "Core" and a couple other tracks free of charge. They layed the smack down with the groovy funk styles mixed in with some of the hardest harcore rock out there. They can jam, and DONT take my word for it, take a listen first. I enjoy "Make it Nice" more than twice a day, and its almost 2003.Q-dawg |
