Song of the Day,

I heard The Bell on NPR's Song of the Day. They remind me of my early teen years of listening to The Cure, Echo and the Bunnymen and House of Love. This album seems very different from most of the music that is out there today and I find myself remembering most of the songs already, after just a few listens. Great album!

theres definitely an 80's feel to this group, a decade which I'm stuck in music wise. this is a worthy purchase at the prices you see for a used copy. from beginning to end there really isn't a bad song.the bell has become a Cd that I will be pplayed a lot and has allready found it's way onto my ipod.

Definitely reminds you of the 80's, and I grew up with that music. Not as compelling as Echo & BM, or House of Love (mentioned in reviews) though. Has it's moments. I especially liked On and On, and Gone For Days. I hear some shoegazing in this music, as well. This group will have trouble marketing this sound, but it is a worthwhile purchase (especially at low bargain used prices).
