Usually I read a book and then pass it on - not this time! I'm holding on to it to refer to any time I need a boost - it's full of great ideas and tips on how to fill your life with fortune and luck. It not only explains the importance of the power of intention, it offers easy to follow step by step instructions on how to bring the things you desire into your life right now. It's fun to read, packed with age old wisdom, full of anecdotal information - a truly inspirational book!

I have been putting to use just some of the tips in the book, and my financial picture immediately picked up. It's really just amazing. AND that's saying a LOT since I'm a real estate agent in this horrible market. I now have 4 houses in escrow and offers in on others and it started the instant I got the book and started to implement it.

What I have done so far is: clean my desk, inside and out and put a live plant on the upper left corner. I can't paint my front door red, so I put a red dot at eye level on both the front gate and front door. Put a purple orchid on the center of the dining room table. Got rid of the dry plant decorations. I next plan on doing the lime trick for the next three Fridays to see what happens.

The tips and information that Ellen has gathered and shared in this book are simply amazing. I have followed so much of her advice and wisdom and in days it seems that my life and surroundings have changed so much so for the better.I cannot wait to use all of the information she provides to make not only 2008 the best year of my life but each year after. I have purchased this book for many of my friends and have just purchased one for my daughter for her new home. I is by far a 5 star winner!

A truly enjoyable read. Whether you've got a few minutes or a few hours: Relax and take in the advice offered in this book. Simple suggestions are made throughtout to change your life. I plan to incorporate many of the cures offered and better yet, so is my husband (who by the way, bought the book as a gift for me and read first). Right now, he's at the hardware store to buy a replacement doorbell (as ours is broken) and lightbulbs (for all those that are burned out), which if you read this book you'll learn is very important Shui (among many other things). Already, good things are beginning to happen in my life.

I picked this book up before a short flight. I enjoyed the read so much that I forwent the onboard snack so as not to take away from valuable reading time. I was fully immersed and it was as though Ellen Whitehurst was sitting next to me and conversing with me directly. My only regret was that I didn't have a highlighter with me, but this will give me the opportunity to revisit it later with one in hand. It was a great book and I recommend it whole heartedly.

I was truly in desperate straits when I picked up a copy of this book at the library. Some of the ideas sounded a little far out, but I was ready to try anything.

Fortunately, I suspended my cynicism and disbelief and jumped right in. And things changed dramatically. I'd been out of work for over a month with nothing coming in and an eviction on the horizon, not to mention running out of food and no prospects in sight. I had no funds to purchase ANYTHING, but was able to put many of the cures she suggested into play (especially the one with salt and limes).

Two weeks later everything had changed. Even better, I felt better emotionally, as well as psychically. I lost my despair and made some huge positive changes in my life and the direction I was going. Best book I ever got. Now that everything has changed, I've returned it to the library for the next person to benefit from and have my own copy.

This book was recommended to me by my sister. I found it refreshing and very important. Important meaning pragmatic. Sometimes we all need something in our lives that is practical and humorous when many things are not. Ellen Whitehurst has a humor that is a distinctive change when speaking of things we all have to deal with every day. You can read this book for fun, information and guidance. Enjoy her ideas and utilize them to better your every day!

I found the book in a library around where I live.When I started to read it, I knew I had to get one for my collection. It is very easy to understand. It teaches nice rituals for every special ocassion in our life; and the most important, it has effective cures for the problems we all have to deal with everyday. Since I started to apply the cures the writer teaches, my job environment has improved 100% while I was thinking of being fired someday.Before, my job was so stressful; but suddenly everything has changed. Honestly, the book gave me what I was looking for. It put me on the right track. The book has changed, and still changing my life.Actually, I want to express my gratitude to the writer for giving me enlightenment after a long time of living under stress and fear of unknwon and uncertainty.

very informative, and easy step by step instructions. have tried a few of the tips or cures and so far have been successful. i even have my husband reading and trying the tips and cures as well. i would recommend this book to anyone wanting more in every aspect of life.

I absolutely loved this book! It is chock full of rituals that you won't find in any other feng shui books. The 49 day light ritual for finding a soul mate is worth the price alone. A must have for any library.
