This kit was fun and very easy to make. My little sister and I made this as a Christmas present for our Grandma. I would recomend this to anyone who likes to do crafty things.

I agree with the other reviewer though, 7 is a bit young... the project does require some adult supervision, as far as cutting the fabric and sewing on the decorations, (if you want to "dress it up.")

We did use the pom-poms, but didn't bother with the beads. - If I was making one for myself, I would just leave it plain, the fabric is pretty in itself. - I would definately buy more of these kits if they came with different fabrics.

I definately reccomend this to anyone who has a little one around, (sister, neice, grandchild,)who likes to make things. It makes for spending good quality time, and they have something to show that they made in the end. My sister and I loved this!!

I think I my buy another kit so she can make one to keep for herself!

My 8-year-old daughter had so much fun making her pillow...with help from mom of course! It was one of my daughter's favorite birthday gifts, and the pillow now holds a place of honor in her bedroom. It is much cuter in real life than it appears online.

I think a 7-year-old may need too much supervision to make this fun, so I would definitely recommend this for the 8 & up age range.

My granddaughter loved it. It keeps her busy and she will have a great addition to her room

I bought this product for my daughter for Christmas, & she had a blast putting it together. The materials were very easy to work with. All she had to do was cut a fringe around the edges of the fleece, tie the sides together, & then stuff the filling into the top before completely tying the fringe closed. It was a fun, practical, & attractive project . . . & my daughter still enjoys lounging on the pillow even now.
