great product, fast shipping. this kit comes with items to make your own field guide and is very cute for kids who are creative. i would say this is for kids between the ages of 8 and up. my daughter likes to write and has made her who book on a website that we had printed out for her.

This spin off ffrom the Spiderwick Chronicles is an excellent play and teaching device for children (ages 5yo to 9 yo) and a parent. There are endless imaginative play options and enough activity play to keep a child interested for a significant period of time. The activities promote excelent hand-eye coordination and abstract thought development. It is a lot of fun and any child in love with the Spiderwick Chronicles will also enjoy this a great deal.
