This is a catchy tune with a great hook. Nice beat with simple and mindless lyrics. Great music to workout or dance to.

Maroon 5's "Makes me wonder" is a musical wonder of sorts. Maroon 5 is best known for its yoga practicing frontman, Adam Levine,who thinks he's the Almighty's gift to women,yet sings in a nasally falsetto. "Makes me wonder" is a refreshing break from his otherwise annoying repertoire.

"Makes me wonder" has a grooving disco beat that's irresistible. The chorus invites singalong. "Makes me wonder" is a refreshing pop treat. One can imagine Levine's opening "feels so good to be bad" accompanying a movie about forbidden love (and,strangely,it could accompany a "What's new Pussycat?" fanvid) It stands out as one of Maroon 5's blue-eyed soul best. It does make me wonder...

The most historically successful chart climber of all time, better than the Beatles, better than K. Clarkson, and a surprising #1, this song really deserves it. It has all the elements to make it radio-friendly, from the catchiness, to the dancing, to the aspect that makes me karaoke to this song everytime it comes on. Amazingly, this song also sounds better censored too, the language in the original seems out of place and downright weird, but the 'phhh' in this version actually adds to the song.

Overall, I love any non-rap song that makes it to #1 on the Hot 100, but this is one of the better ones to achieve the feat in recent years, along with Avril. This song is also not better than Maroon 5's classic, "She Will Be Loved," but it's a good song none the less.
