This review is from: Making Native American Pottery (Paperback)
If you learn this craft and wish to sell your wares, please be mindful that you CANNOT sell your wares as "Native American Pottery". It must be labeled as Native American Style, etc, unless you are an enrolled member of a federally acknowledged tribe, or have paperwork putting you under their auspices. The Native American Arts and Crafts act is taken very seriously, not only to keep the lay person from being taken by non-authentic arts and crafts work, but also to protect the artisans from being undermined by fakes. Keep in mind, the fines are very severe, even for a first offense.
