Good book for crafts,

We bought this book so we could make eyelash yarn leis for a trip to Hawaii. We bought some beautiful yarn leis in Kauai and they ended up being stolen. After feeling bad about loosing those, we decided to learn how to make our own.
The book fairly well describes the eyelash yarn process. We needed to learn how to crochet independently, but that was fairly easy using some simple websites. We were able to get the supplies we needed at a Michael's store and Hobby Lobby. So far, we're not skilled enough to make great leis, but on par with some we've seen selling for $40-$50 in Hawaiian tourist stores. |
