After attempting to do pre-foreclosures on my own and becoming tongue tied when talking to the seller, I find that the scripts in this 2nd edition helped me to move forward with talking with the seller and the banker (e.g. the loss mitigator).

This 2nd edition not only explains the foreclosure process, but it explains how to talk to and what to say to people that you converse with through out the process. That's a thumbs up for me.

Having read the 1st edition started me on the path of foreclosure investing. The 1st edition was an excellent source for the steps that are necessary to be a successful foreclosure invester. The materal was layed out in a manner that could be understood by any one. The 2nd edition only enhances the 1st edition. I recommend either book to read, even if a person does not want to be an invester. But be fore warned, if you do read either book {recommend both books, 1st edition, then the 2nd edition}you will change your mind and become an invester.

Peter Conti's new book is fantastic. It is packed with inside information from Pete and his team who have perfected every area of foreclosure investing. This book shows you how to take your investing business to the next level so that you can become more successful with less time fixing toilets and chasing down tenants. This book shows you 12 ways to structure deals with little or no money down. How to use "Subject To" Financing. It explains the Instant Offer System so that you can get more sellers to say "YES" to your creative solutions. Peter Conti also takes you step by step how to use a short sale to create some income from properties that other investors may have decided to pass on. Finally, this book shows you how to put your investing business on automatic pilot so that you can concentrate on the bigger picture and focus on larger deals. I cannot wait to implement the ideas I have learned in this book to take my investing business to the stratusphere.

I have read numerous books on Real Estate Investing, and I find
this one very refreshing and informative. It is one of the first
books I have found with an easy-to-follow system that is actually
reproducible. It contains excellent information for both the beginner and experienced investor.

We are fairly new to the foreclosure market and we found that this book was very helpful in getting a better understanding of the process and methods for handling them. We are currently using it to help guide us through a short sale. It describes how to talk to the seller and to the lender. It doesn't have everything but without it we would be further behind and probably wouldn't make the deadline.

A great book for new investors to read before getting started in foreclosures. The book gives ideas for finding motivated sellers and structuring deals. A step by step action plan once you find a good property. Some great ideas thanks for sharing Peter!

I have ever Read. The ideas are ex-plained so explicidly that anyone can practice these skills and use them. These skills will empower you at
the negotiationg table. There is so much wit and psycology used in these skills. These skills are imporant for any salesperson or investor or any body who needs to gain the lead in an argument or a settlement. This Book gives all the details on how to do Foreclosures in story form. The pictures are vivid and real. Thank you so much Peter Conti for relating your profound secrets.

High level talk mostly,more like a informercial than anything. You basically paid for this book to read ads about his other books, semiar, coaching program etc. Few executable techniques, nor useful resource like sample contracts, check list. One has pay dear to get them as seperate package.

This book was very easy to read, understand and to comprehend.
The author explains things very well and in laymen's terms.
I highly recommend this book to anybody wants to get a headstart working with foreclosures

Peter Conti has done it again. His experience, knowledge and expertise are all shared with the reader is this NEW and innovative "how to" book. Peter answers all the questions the reader still has (and can't find answers to) after reading all the other books on investing in foreclosures. As always, Peter's style is direct, detailed and to the point as he shares his many years of experience and his up to date knowledge. Perhaps the most impressive thing about this new, updated book is that the information imparted is up-to-the-minute accurate in its dealing with the foreclosure market as it exists today...this day!!! If you have any interest in investing in foreclosures, or just want to know more on the subject, this book is an absolute MUST READ!
