A multi-talented artist, Cheri Bladholm works as a full-time illustrator whose art has appeared in numerous Focus on the Family publications, as well as on books from Bethany, Tommy Nelson, Chariot-Victor, and Dynamots. Her first picture book, Lass, written by Phillip Keller, was a 1998 ECPA Gold Medallion Finalist.

Here, with her husband Glen and their two children, Cheri and family enjoy the creativity and pleasure offered by their love of art. These times are among the valued memories that she treasures, and she used the experiences to provide the heart and joy within the illustrations.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Book to Share, December 13, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Making Memories (Hardcover)
Janette Oke has written and Cheri Bladholm has illustrated a wonderful book about the gift of memories. A great springboard to launch a discussion of memories within your family and circle of friends. I'm giving this book along with homemade jam (memories of summer) and disposable camera (to capture future memories) to family members whom I don't get to see often.

5.0 out of 5 stars Making Memories, July 19, 2000
This review is from: Making Memories (Hardcover)
This is a wonderful book with beautiful illustrations. This is a must have for any bookshelf. It is a heart warming family story. I found this book while I was doing research for a Childrens Literature class. I read it once and fell in love with it and knew I had to have it.
