This book has helped me be more confident in my vacation rental business, especially in the "Laws and Regulations" section and the "Income Taxes for Rental Owners". There is also a section on Landlord Expense deductions which is a great guideline to use before visiting your tax accountant.

This book had lots to the point information. Not just a book that kept telling you over and over how great having a vacation rental was. Very very informative on how manage your vacation rental. Also very good info on tax treatment. Well worth the price of the book.
