From Library Journal
This volume is part of a series that includes Anoop Parikh's Making the Most of Small Spaces (Rizzoli, 1994) and Debora Robertson's Making the Most of Storage (LJ 5/15/96), both beautifully illustrated planning guides. Formerly the managing editor at House & Garden, Haig continues with this tradition in explaining baths. Two previously recommended books?Baths: Your Guide to Planning and Remodeling, which gives extensive planning information, and the more extensively illustrated Bathrooms (both LJ 9/15/96)?provide better coverage of the topic, but Haig's book nicely combines both planning and ideas. If bathroom design is a popular topic, this book would be a good addition.

Review
Five chapters packed with photos focus on style in bathroom creation and planning, showing different types of fixtures and approaches and their effects on the entire production. Descriptions of different bathroom options and effects are well done and provide plenty of contrasting options. --
