This is a book of good-looking and well-designed outdoor spaces adjacent to good-looking houses. The things - plants, furniture, outdoor cooking gear - that the owners/designers have placed in the outdoor places is expensive, and it does look great. One admires the scenes. So it's more of a small-scale coffee-table book than a how-to guide.
