3.0 out of 5 stars It's tearing Lucas and Zoey apart.........
First Zoey broke up with Jake to be with Lucas and now it looks like Zoey and Lucas are finished because of what Zoey saw when she got back from Killington.

She left early because of Lucas's wild scheme to get her into bed and then she came home to find her mother in bed with Fred Mc Royan.

Zoey is sensitive and was shocked! Because Fred is Jake's father and...

4.0 out of 5 stars Drama, tears, surprises..., May 2, 2000
This review is from: Making Out #6: What Zoey Saw (Making Out (Avon Paperback)) (Paperback)
Well what a shocker! i never would of put Jake's dad and Zoey's mum together in a million years! the book portrayed a sensitive issue really well, but i thought Zoey was being really harsh with Lucas. c'mon, what he did wasn't all that terrible and i don't blame him for being a bit peed off with Zoey. Why didn't she tell him for God's sake? Benjamin and Nina are as cute as ever and are my two favourite characters. Poor Christopher though. let's just hope he doesn't end up in prison or something! i love the series and i'd recommend it to anyone!

5.0 out of 5 stars A suspensful and romantic book, May 2, 1999
This review is from: Making Out #6: What Zoey Saw (Making Out (Avon Paperback)) (Paperback)
Zoey, after fighting with Lucas about his need for sex, runs back to Chatham Island only to discover that her mother is(dum dum dum) having an affair!!!! Shame, shame! When she is comforted by her ex, Jake, Lucas starts to hang with Claire in jealousy. Hmmmm.... Nina and Benjamin are a sickeningly happy couple. Meanwhile, Christopher, who was beat up by racist skinheads, seeks revenge. After the other Making Out books, I thought this was a LITTLE weak. I still loved it, though, so get it. Read it. Love it.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a great book, October 12, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Making Out #6: What Zoey Saw (Making Out (Avon Paperback)) (Paperback)
This Book "What Zoey Saw" is a great book. Things are revealed that you would never expect and things change with characters. The so called perfect relationship that Mr. and Mrs. Passmore had, change very quickly in this book. Zoey and Lucas grow apart after Lucas tried to pressure Zoey into have sex with him. Jake, Zoey's ex-boyfriend comforts her after things happen bettween Zoey's parents. Claire and Jake relationship isnt working out because of Jake had an affair and his drug problems. But atleast Nina and Ben, are doing great. Christopher has been trying to deal with his fight that he got in, and he buys a gun to help him get over it and get some pay back. But theres so much more in this book and there a great cliff hangers.

This book was a really good book, I hope everyone reads it and I cant wait for "Lucas Gets Hurt."

5.0 out of 5 stars What a shocker, June 13, 2002

This review is from: Making Out #6: What Zoey Saw (Making Out (Avon Paperback)) (Paperback)
I thought this book was great.I think Lucas reacted quite well when Zoey was undoing her buttons. I know a couple of lads that wouldn't care if I were upset they would just jump in for the killer. I also think it was horrible of him and Claire. None of them bothered to ask how she was feeling or tried to get some answers. I think Christopher needs to cool down abit. I actually felt sorry for that bald man.I would like Jake and Zoey to get back together. Also Christopher and Aisha should make up their minds about weather or not their dating. Oh and Lucas shouldn't have demanded sex off Zoey. I feel so sorry for zoey, the world is just crumbling around her.

Thsi storyline is tremendous. Lucas needs to grow up and learn how to respect Zoey's decision . He like most young people do not realize how sex changes the dynamic between two people. He also needs to understand that it is not his way or no way, especially after what Zoey saw. I really hope this storyline involves Louis Kronenberger a little more, she keeps it real

4.0 out of 5 stars To close for comfort, February 20, 2000
This review is from: Making Out #6: What Zoey Saw (Making Out (Avon Paperback)) (Paperback)
Here we see Zoey tring to come with the fact that her family may be falling apart around her. In this book you cannot help feeling sorry for Zoey and Benjamin as many teenagers today have to face the exact same problem. It is a realistic acount of family problems, very well written.

5.0 out of 5 stars No-one can keep secrets on Chatham Island...., July 25, 1998
By A Customer
Zoey's never had any illusions about her parents being perfect. But as she, and eventually, Jake, get drawn into their web of secrets and lies, Zoey begins to hate her mother. As Zoey and Jake grow closer, Lucas and Claire get suspicious and go for a drive to clear their heads...What do the former boyfriend and girlfriend get up to in Claire's father's Mercedes? Will Zoey and Jake find out? Ha, you'll have to read the next book.. This is a brilliant book, and leaves several cliffhangers at the end to be concluded in Book 7 (Lucas gets hurt).
