First off I want to thank Amazon for making this item available. It has been revised and made current. I would recommend this to any new pastor, chaplain, lay people anyone who visits patients in hospitals, nuring homes or shut-ins. It reads easily and is reader friendly. As a student in CPE at the University of Iowa Hospitals and clinics this book as been a God send.
Chapter 12 and 13 are very helpful to anyone in ministry.

The making Of A Pastoral Person,
By David Farrugia (Sydney, NSW Australia) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Making of a Pastoral Person (Paperback)
This book is absolutly fantastic for any one entering ministry in all its shapes and forms. This book really spoke to me. It is important to reflect on what is written in the book with ones own person journey, and to reflect on what we do and when we do it and for what reasons.
