I was listening to Dr. Niel Andersons DVD's `Bondage Breaker' & realized that I had to forgive my father with out going to him & blowing him out of the water. I bought this book for the next step. This book is great. It's a work book so you can't push away or not address the real problems.

I really enjoyed the insight this book gave me on the relationship between daughters and fathers during your lifetime. Very insightful.
