This review is from: Making the Right Choice (Paperback)
This books is excellent. It contains information from respected medical specialists presented in terms the lay person can understand. The surprising success of limited surgery is explained in clear and reassuring terms. Dr. Evans presented some of his research at the World Conference on Breast Cancer in Kingston, Ontario, Canada in July 1997. He concluded, "Promptly treated local recurrence does not spread."
