5.0 out of 5 stars Practical advice for REAL Managers, January 4, 2005
This review is from: Making Teams Work : 24 Lessons for Working Together Successfully (The McGraw-Hill Professional Education Series) (Paperback)
Maginn's ideas and tools really work. I have been able to use his material in my consulting practice, and groups of real managers--from supervisors to division managers--have found the material helpful. I recommend this book highly, and have given it to several line-manager clients facing real teamwork-related problems. All report that the book is both insightful and really useful on the job from day to day. This book delivers a boatload of value for a low price.
