At the core of every Makita G12000R generator is an aluminum alloy, overhead valve, 4-stroke (22HP) engine. The all-bearing supported forged steel crankshaft in this unit offers durability as well as longer life. The brushless alternators mean fewer parts to wear out, longer life and less maintenance downtime. You won't even need to worry about pesky ignition point maintenance thanks to this generator's electronic ignition system. It's GFCI receptacles meet or exceed all OSHA safety requirements. This generator also features an auto idle switch, a heavy duty roll-over pipe frame, an electric starter for convenience and rubber feet that act as shock absorbers when the engine is running. The large 11.3 gallon fuel tank produces up to 8.8 hours of continuous operation yet maintains a quiet 77dB noise level.
